How Bima Logistics LLC handles the information you share when you apply for a delivery driver position.
Information you send us
Our application asks for your first and last name, email address and phone number, your home address, whether you are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license, your preferred work schedule, and an optional referral name. We do not ask for government identification, licence or badge photographs, Social Security numbers, criminal-history information or biometric information, and we do not collect any of those through this form.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to review your application for delivery driver roles and to contact you about hiring. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
What happens after you apply
Your application is checked for completeness, then sent as a notification to our hiring team at Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com, with your own email address shown on the message so we can reply directly to you. When our hiring team needs to reach you, they will normally reply to the email address you provided or call the phone number you gave.
Who can see it and who helps us
Access to your application is limited to Bima Logistics hiring personnel who need it to evaluate applications, to us and to delegated staff that administer the hiring mailbox. We use Cloudflare to run this website and to protect the form from automated abuse, and Resend to deliver the email notifications. These providers process your information on our behalf only as necessary to provide those services.
In rare cases an email notification may not reach the hiring mailbox. If that happens, we have your details stored so your application is not lost — you can also contact us directly at any time.
How we protect it
The application form runs only over a secure connection, and any details we hold in storage are kept in encrypted form. Our team members access the hiring mailbox and stored applications only as needed for hiring. If you ever believe your information has been exposed, contact us right away at Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com.
How long we keep it
We aim to remove your application details from our storage within 365 days of your application. Our removals run in regular cycles, so an individual record can take slightly longer to disappear once its retention period has passed. You can also ask us to delete sooner. If a law or an active hiring matter requires keeping an individual record longer, we hold only what that requirement calls for and remove it once it ends. Email copies live in our hiring mailbox, which our team manages under its own deletion schedules; our providers may keep their own operational data for short periods under their policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what we have, correct it, delete it, or stop using your application — by email to Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com or by calling +1 (518) 879-7478. Please confirm the email address you applied with so we can find your record quickly. We respond consistent with applicable law, and for deletion requests we also review the related messages in the hiring mailbox and remove them in line with your request. Submitting the form indicates that you have read this notice.
Background checks and later steps
If your application progresses past the initial review, any identity verification, background-screening steps and related written consent forms are handled separately, with the legal notices required at that stage — never as part of this online application. Massachusetts limits criminal-history questions on initial employment applications, and our form asks none.
Where Bima performs delivery work for Amazon, becoming an Amazon delivery driver involves Amazon's own onboarding and facility-access steps, along with any notices Amazon or its authorized providers give you at that time. Those steps are separate from this application and from this website. Using this website does not enroll you in any Amazon program or consent to any monitoring.
